Brie apologized for it on Twitter and blamed the humidity causing the tape to come off.

Nearly one year to the day on the July 21, 2014 episode of Raw, Nikki experienced the same kind of accident. During a segment where Stephanie McMahon ordered the other divas to attack Nikki, the Bella Twin with the bigger chest size rolled outside the ring. It was there where her nipple was shown.
